Does editing a title require a new build?

An ordinary change to a declared content value is maintained in WordPress without rebuilding its template.

Can clients change the field definitions?

Field definitions belong to the building project. Content editor access does not by itself grant template or schema changes.

Can content be shared between places?

Supported shared records and collections are available in the relevant enabled Library context, alongside per-instance content fields.
